Does this site actually get traffic?+
Yes — and you don't have to take our word for it. Our traffic numbers are public and live at /dashboard: sessions, unique visitors, searches, and how many people tapped call, directions, or reviews on a listing. Check it before you claim.
How long does verification take?+
If you sign in with an email at your restaurant's own website domain (say, you@yourramen.com), it's instant. Gmail and other personal addresses, and restaurants whose website is a Facebook, Instagram, or ordering page, are checked by hand — usually within a day. Either way you get an email when you're approved, and your verified badge appears with the next daily site update.
What if my restaurant isn't in the search?+
Use the contact page and tell us your restaurant name and address — we'll add it to the directory so you can claim it.
Is Featured placement included?+
No — claiming is free. Featured ($29/month) is an optional upgrade that puts your restaurant first on its city page, labelled Featured, with a gold map pin. Premium ($79/month) adds your state page and your city's blog ramen guide. The homepage billboard ($99/month) is a separate add-on. All are monthly and cancel anytime.
What happens if I don't claim my listing?+
Your listing stays up, but it shows whatever public data we have — which may be wrong hours, an old photo, or a missing menu. Claiming is the only way to control what diners see.
