This is the real deal. Authentic flavor that reminds me of bowls I had in Japan. Thick, satisfying noodles that soaked up all that flavor. Massive serving — bring your appetite, you will need it. Pork was fatty in the best way and the green onions added a nice bite. Staff were friendly and the service was quick.
