Came in skeptical and left a believer. The broth alone is worth the trip. The noodles had a perfect chew and held up well in the broth. Massive serving — bring your appetite, you will need it. Loved the soft-boiled egg — perfectly jammy yolk. Got a bit busy at peak hours, but the wait was worth it.
