Every spoonful was packed with umami. You can tell they take this seriously. Thick, satisfying noodles that soaked up all that flavor. Portion size is generous; I could barely finish the whole bowl. Loved the soft-boiled egg — perfectly jammy yolk. Service was fast even though it was packed.

Absolutely delicious from the first bite to the last drop of broth. The noodle texture was spot on, not mushy at all. Massive serving — bring your appetite, you will need it. Toppings were fresh and generous, especially the bamboo shoots.

Not bad, but I have had better ramen elsewhere in town. Generous portion of noodles — I did not run out before the broth. A hearty, large bowl that is well worth the price. The nori and scallions really rounded out the bowl.

Every spoonful was packed with umami. You can tell they take this seriously. Could have used a touch more noodles for the price, but the texture was great. Portion size is generous; I could barely finish the whole bowl. The chashu was tender and melted in my mouth.

Service was friendly but the bowl itself was just average. The noodle texture was spot on, not mushy at all. Wish the bowl were a little bigger, but the quality made up for it.

Service was friendly but the bowl itself was just average. Generous portion of noodles — I did not run out before the broth. Massive serving — bring your appetite, you will need it. Pork was fatty in the best way and the green onions added a nice bite.
