Every spoonful was packed with umami. You can tell they take this seriously. The noodles had a perfect chew and held up well in the broth. Portion size is generous; I could barely finish the whole bowl. Pork was fatty in the best way and the green onions added a nice bite. Great spot to bring friends — we will definitely be back.
