Every spoonful was packed with umami. You can tell they take this seriously. Noodles were springy and cooked exactly to that ideal firmness. The bowl is huge — easily enough to fill you up for the night. The nori and scallions really rounded out the bowl. Great spot to bring friends — we will definitely be back.
