Every spoonful was packed with umami. You can tell they take this seriously. The noodle texture was spot on, not mushy at all. The bowl is huge — easily enough to fill you up for the night. The nori and scallions really rounded out the bowl.

Honestly one of the best bowls of ramen I have had in a long time. Generous portion of noodles — I did not run out before the broth. Portion size is generous; I could barely finish the whole bowl. Service was fast even though it was packed.
