Every spoonful was packed with umami. You can tell they take this seriously. Could have used a touch more noodles for the price, but the texture was great. A hearty, large bowl that is well worth the price. Pork was fatty in the best way and the green onions added a nice bite. Great spot to bring friends — we will definitely be back.
