Every spoonful was packed with umami. You can tell they take this seriously. Noodles were springy and cooked exactly to that ideal firmness. Massive serving — bring your appetite, you will need it. Fresh toppings and a beautifully marinated egg. Staff were friendly and the service was quick.

Honestly one of the best bowls of ramen I have had in a long time. The noodles had a perfect chew and held up well in the broth. The bowl is huge — easily enough to fill you up for the night. The nori and scallions really rounded out the bowl.
