This is the real deal. Authentic flavor that reminds me of bowls I had in Japan. Thick, satisfying noodles that soaked up all that flavor. Massive serving — bring your appetite, you will need it. Every spoonful was packed with umami. You can tell they take this seriously. The noodle texture was spot on, not mushy at all. A hearty, large bowl that is well worth the price. Pork was fatty in the best way and the green onions added a nice bite. Cozy atmosphere and attentive service.
