Came in skeptical and left a believer. The broth alone is worth the trip. Noodles were springy and cooked exactly to that ideal firmness. The bowl is huge — easily enough to fill you up for the night. The nori and scallions really rounded out the bowl.

Honestly one of the best bowls of ramen I have had in a long time. Thick, satisfying noodles that soaked up all that flavor. Bowl was a good size, just right for a satisfying lunch. Pork was fatty in the best way and the green onions added a nice bite.
