Service was friendly but the bowl itself was just average. The noodle texture was spot on, not mushy at all. Massive serving — bring your appetite, you will need it. The nori and scallions really rounded out the bowl.

Absolutely delicious from the first bite to the last drop of broth. The noodles had a perfect chew and held up well in the broth. Wish the bowl were a little bigger, but the quality made up for it. Fresh toppings and a beautifully marinated egg.
