Every spoonful was packed with umami. You can tell they take this seriously. The noodles had a perfect chew and held up well in the broth. The bowl is huge — easily enough to fill you up for the night. Pork was fatty in the best way and the green onions added a nice bite. Great spot to bring friends — we will definitely be back.
