Honestly one of the best bowls of ramen I have had in a long time. Noodles were springy and cooked exactly to that ideal firmness. A hearty, large bowl that is well worth the price.

Every spoonful was packed with umami. You can tell they take this seriously. Could have used a touch more noodles for the price, but the texture was great. Massive serving — bring your appetite, you will need it. The chashu was tender and melted in my mouth.

Not bad, but I have had better ramen elsewhere in town. Thick, satisfying noodles that soaked up all that flavor. Portion size is generous; I could barely finish the whole bowl. Clean spot with a welcoming vibe.

The flavor here is on another level — rich, balanced, and deeply savory. The noodles had a perfect chew and held up well in the broth. The bowl is huge — easily enough to fill you up for the night. Pork was fatty in the best way and the green onions added a nice bite.

Came in skeptical and left a believer. The broth alone is worth the trip. The noodles had a perfect chew and held up well in the broth. Wish the bowl were a little bigger, but the quality made up for it.
