All Afuri Ramen Locations

Afuri is one of the most distinctive ramen brands in America — a Japanese chain that's built its identity around yuzu shio ramen, a citrus-forward, ultra-clean bowl that's unlike anything else in the ramen world. The yuzu adds brightness and complexity to a broth that's already technically excellent. I discovered Afuri through the SE Portland izakaya location, which was one of the best ramen meals I've had in the Pacific Northwest. The menu has expanded beyond the signature yuzu to include vegan options, tsukemen, and izakaya small plates that genuinely complement the ramen.
