Every spoonful was packed with umami. You can tell they take this seriously. Noodles were springy and cooked exactly to that ideal firmness. Massive serving — bring your appetite, you will need it. Pork was fatty in the best way and the green onions added a nice bite. Clean spot with a welcoming vibe.
