Honestly one of the best bowls of ramen I have had in a long time. The noodle texture was spot on, not mushy at all. A hearty, large bowl that is well worth the price. Fresh toppings and a beautifully marinated egg. Clean spot with a welcoming vibe.

Every spoonful was packed with umami. You can tell they take this seriously. Noodles were springy and cooked exactly to that ideal firmness. A hearty, large bowl that is well worth the price. Pork was fatty in the best way and the green onions added a nice bite.
